Everything you have pinned, newest first. Notes stay here after their item is done — and after it leaves the brief entirely.
Action Items
To track something: react to the message. {{MARKER_INPROGRESS}} means you have started it. {{MARKER_SEEN}} means you have acknowledged it — you have seen it, and that is all it says. It is not a stage of progress, it is a receipt.
Use the two toggles in the header to show one marker or both, Priority | Date to reorder — click the active one again to reverse it — and the range button to step through All / 30 / 60 / 90 days.
Priority is Claude’s judgement, made when it fetched: anything with a date in play first, then whoever is actually blocked on you, then people waiting but not blocked, then work parked on someone else. Date is pure age. The two disagree on purpose — a one-day-old ask from someone who cannot move without you outranks a two-month-old ticket sitting with a vendor.
To close it: remove the reaction. That is the entire workflow — nothing to file, nothing to remember, and it survives closing every app you own.
There is no date cut-off on either group. Something you marked eight months ago still shows, because work you flagged and then went quiet on is exactly the thing worth seeing.
Want to use different emoji? Tell Claude the exact names — hover the reaction in your chat app and it shows you its :name: — and it will track those instead from the next run. A guess will silently return nothing, so give it the real name.
Something appears here when you were named or DM’d and have not replied. Either a reply or any emoji reaction closes it — a reaction is a legitimate way to say “seen, handled, no reply needed”.
One exception: {{MARKER_SEEN}} means you acknowledged it — nothing more — so it does not close anything. The message stays here until you actually reply or swap it for a different reaction.
That gives you two states with two clicks: {{MARKER_SEEN}} for “seen it”, {{MARKER_INPROGRESS}} for “started it”. They are different things and this page keeps them apart.
Threads are checked as well as channels — a reply posted in-channel after a threaded ask still counts. Using different emoji? Tell Claude their exact names and it will use those instead.
